I'm exhausted today because I have been working for 33 hours. I could sleep only for four (4) hours intermittently. It is illegal to work this long. However, Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare ignores us from illegal working. I won't tell you what I do, but you can guess. I am very sleepy now. I was lucky that I was not so busy today.

You might also want to use more connectives such as "because," "in addition to this," "so.."

Thank you for your collecting my grammer. I have a same problem in speaking english. I'd like to speak english longer using connectives.
